ICAR recruitment 2016 lower division clerk 7 vacancies : Indian council of agricultural research (ICAR), applications are invited from eligible candidates for the vacancies of 07 lower division clerks with pay band and grade pay plus other allowance. Apply before 20^th February 2016.

Age Limit:- The age of the candidate should not be less than 18 years and should not more than 27 years. The age of the applicant should be as on closing date of the application. Upper age is relaxable for Schedule caste categories candidate (SC) / schedule tribe categories candidate (ST) / other backward class categories candidate (OBC) / Ex-servicemen categories candidate / physically handicapped categories candidate as per government of India infrastructure. Age limit relaxable up-to 45 years in case of serving regular employees of ICAR in ministerial category.

Qualification:- Candidates should have passed +2 class examination board standard from recognized board or university. Applicant should have a typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer.

Selection Procedure:- The selection of the candidates will be on the basis of written examination for which a common paper for all ICAR institute / Head-quarter will be provided by the ASRB, New Delhi and personal interview.

Age Relaxation:- The upper age of the candidates in relaxable for the following specified categories to the extent indicated below:-
i)   5 years for candidates belonging to ST communities.
ii)  5 years for candidates belonging to SC communities.
iii) 3 years for candidates belonging to OBC communities.

Application fee:- Candidates are required to pay application fee Rs 200/- (Rupees Two hundred only) only in the form of crossed Indian postal order drawn in the favor of Director, ICAR research complex for NEH region, Umiam. Applications for Schedule caste categories candidates (SC) / Schedule tribe categories candidates (ST) / person with disabilities candidates categories candidates (PWD) is Rs 100/- (Rupees One Hundred) only.
